Boeaubelle Salon and Spa Policies


All sales service and retail are final and non refundable. Exceptions can be made depending on the situation in the form of store credit only.


We allow 5 days for any redo’s for hair cut or color services. After 5 days we are unable to redo any services that were performed. Please make sure to contact the salon if there are any issues that need to be resolved.


At Boeau Belle Salon and Spa & want to provide a relaxing experience for you as well as others. For your child's safety we ask no children in strollers or carriers be brought into the salon area unless supervised by a friend or family member. We do have hot tools and shears in this area and want to ensure their safety while in the salon. We thank you for your cooperation on this matter. 


We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out waivers and consultation papers prior to your service. While you wait you will be offered beverages and relaxing rituals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we will have to reschedule if the delay causes conflicts with other appointments. Our guest service team members will save credit card information on your profile while prebooking hair or spa services that span over 30 minutes.


We kindly request you give us a 24 hour notice if needing to cancel your prebooked appointment. If you fail to reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment we will charge you 50% of the service that was booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the service that was booked on the form of payment associated with your profile. Please be considerate of our patrons and technicians. Our time is reserved to accommodate every guests needs.


Our goal is to create an inviting and relaxing environment for our guests to unwind. We kindly request that tablets and phones not be used in our service and spa areas to ensure other guests are not disturbed. We thank you for your co-operation in this matter.
